FMS-SG plans to secure the review of salary ranges, taking into account the existing salary ranges and the corresponding design parameters, as well as ad hoc advice on the revision/further development of the existing remuneration system.

The following services will be included for all 3 locations of FMS-SG Germany, Ireland and the USA. The items listed in point 2 represent the list of possible advisory content, and the list of any advisory services is not exhaustive.

1. Review of the salary ranges taking into account the existing salary ranges and the corresponding design parameters (This service is to be provided at the end of the year 2021/2022 and then again at the end of the year 2023/2024 within the initial three-year contract period (offer as a package)

— Review functional cluster for salary bands, mapping of several weighting scenarios of internal and external compensation data (median level), taking into account desired remuneration elements and market positioning for Germany and Ireland.

2. Ad-hoc advice on the revision or further development of the existing remuneration system (ad hoc service available in individual advisory days)

— review of the appropriateness of remuneration in the light of the legal requirements of the FMSSG and market developments, including in terms of attractiveness, for possible new recruitment and taking into account the wind-down scenario of the FMS-SG,

— Identification of alternatives to the design of (variable) remuneration (classification, remuneration design, benchmarks, processes/handling) against the background of the objective described,

— Advising on the development of site-specific retention measures,

— Advising the US on the planned closure of the New York site in 2023.

The required services will be commissioned by FMS-SG in the form of individual orders. The requirements are specified in the context of the respective individual request. The services provided by the contractor will be invoiced in accordance with the agreed remuneration (see price sheet, Appendix E.3). An estimated cost estimate over the contract term has been made in Appendix E.3. Please note that there is no purchase obligation on the part of FMS-SG.
