Open electronic procedure, pursuant to art. 71 and 176 of Legislative Decree no. 36/2023, managed through the So.Re.Sa. platform, for the concession of the "Service for the management, assessment and compulsory and voluntary collection of tax and patrimonial revenues" of the Salerno Local Health Authority, to be awarded according to the criterion of the most economically advantageous offer.

Pursuant to art. 179, paragraph 1, of Legislative Decree no. 36/2023, the estimated value of the concession, consisting of the total turnover of the concessionaire generated for the entire duration of the contract, is equal to € 3,210,097.00, plus VAT, determined by applying to the total amount of revenue to be collected for the period covered by the concession, estimated at € 107,003,235.70, the percentage of 3% set as the basis of the tender and subject to reduction, due to the concessionaire by way of collection charges on the sums actually collected, for whatever reason obtained, net of notification costs and those relating to precautionary and enforcement procedures, pursuant to and within the limits set out in Article 4 of the Technical Specifications.
