Renovation of Erlangen Castle, engineering services of specialist planning in structural engineering according to section 1, §§ 49 ff HOAI. Basic services of service phases 1 to 6 HOAI, and special services are to be provided.

Erlangen Castle is to be renovated. It is a listed building in the city center of Erlangen, and is currently used as an administrative building by the Friedrich-Alexander-University. It is planned that the university will leave the building before the start of the work, i.e. the work will not take place during ongoing operations.

The planning services required here include specialist planning, structural engineering (service phases 1 to 6 HOAI) as well as special services.

In addition to verifications of structural fire protection and engineering control of the design of the supporting structure for compliance with the tested static documents, the special services also include preparatory surveys in anticipation of the measure.

These are preliminary investigations of the building fabric, in particular for the load-bearing capacity of existing components; Clamping directions, position of components (e.g. ceiling beams) with graphic representation; Assessment of existing static concept; Assessment of the fire resistance of individual components or coherent building constructions (e.g. ceilings/walls) with graphic representation.

The structural engineering services are classified in fee zone 3.
