The subject of the contract is the service of removal and management of hazardous waste from an illegal landfill located at 7 Ofiar Firleja Street in Radom. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract can be found in Appendix No. 1 to the Terms of Reference.

Estimated weight of waste:
- maximum amount of 1 000 Mg
- guaranteed minimum amount of 700 Mg
Quantity and types of packaging:
In the hall of the building on a paved surface there are:
a) big-bags (approx. 96 pieces containing containers for foams and aerosol paints),
b) metal drums with a capacity of 200 l (approx. 1173 pcs.),
c) maubers with a capacity of 1 m3 (approx. 312 pcs.),
d) pallets with packaging, e.m.in g. paint and varnish packaging (approx. 48 pcs.).
The vast majority of waste is stored in mauzers and barrels arranged on three levels in rows closely aligned with each other, along the length of the facility, on both sides of it.
A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in Appendix 1 to the Terms of Reference (which is also Appendix 1 to the Agreement) due to the inability to include all the information in this announcement due to the limited number of characters.
Other information:
1) The Contracting Authority requires the payment of a tender deposit in the amount of: PLN 200,000.00 (say: two hundred thousand zlotys 00/100),
2) The Contracting Authority will require the contractor, whose offer will be chosen as the most advantageous, to provide security for the proper performance of the contract, in accordance with Article 449 of the Pzp Act. The amount of the collateral for sound performance of the contract shall be fixed at 5% of the gross price of the offer representing the maximum nominal value of the liability.
Detailed requirements for the deposit and the security for the proper performance of the contract are set out in Chapters XIII (security) and XV (security) of the SWZ.
3) The Contracting Authority does not provide for the contracts referred to in Article 214 (1) (7) and (8) of the Law Pzp.
4) The proceedings shall be conducted in Polish in electronic form via the procurement platform at the following address: https://platformazakupowa.pl/transakcja/832748. Information on the means of electronic communication by which the Contracting Authority will communicate with the Contractors, as well as information on the technical and organizational requirements for preparing, sending and receiving electronic correspondence are specified in Chapter XVI of the Terms of Reference.
5) Pursuant to Article 95(1) of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor or Subcontractor to employ persons performing activities specified in detail in section 3 of Chapter XXVII of the Terms of Reference on the basis of an employment contract.
6) In order to correctly estimate the material scope, technical conditions and the resulting costs of the task, the Contractor, before submitting a tender offer, will be able to carry out a site visit at the facility where the services will be performed, at its own expense, after prior arrangement of its date and time with a representative of the Contracting Authority. Carrying out a site visit is not a prerequisite. The offer of the Contractor who does not carry out a site visit will not be rejected.
