The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from the area of the Tomaszów Mazowiecki commune. The contract includes in particular:

1) Collection and management of municipal waste from properties inhabited in the Tomaszów Mazowiecki commune;

2) Collection and management of municipal waste from properties with summer cottages and other properties used for recreation and leisure purposes;

3) Collection and management of municipal waste from educational institutions and rural day care centers;

4) Equipping property owners with containers for the collection of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste;

5) Equipping the owners of inhabited properties and properties with summer houses and other properties used for recreation and leisure purposes with bags for selective collection of municipal waste.

The contract covers in particular: 1) Collection and management of municipal waste from properties inhabited in the Tomaszów Mazowiecki commune; 2) Collection and management of municipal waste from properties with summer cottages and other properties used for recreation and leisure purposes; 3) Collection and management of municipal waste from educational institutions and rural day care centres; 4) Equipping property owners with containers for the collection of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste; 5) Equipping the owners of inhabited properties and properties with summer houses and other properties used for recreation and leisure purposes with bags for selective collection of municipal waste. 6) Equipping educational institutions and rural day-care centres with containers for the collection of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste and containers for selective collection of municipal waste (for fractions, i.e. paper and cardboard, plastics, metals and multi-material packaging, glass, bio-waste).

The estimated amount of municipal waste to be collected during the term of the contract is: 3840Mg (taking into account the period of 12 months).
