This concerns the European tender for teaching materials from Stichting Christelijk Onderwijs Haaglanden (SCOH) and the associated Foundation Protestant Christian Playgroups. SCOH is a school board in the Haaglanden region for 32 primary schools, four schools for special (primary) education, one practical school (VO) and 21 preschools.

Purpose of tendering: The goal is to select and contract one entrepreneur for the supply of teaching materials, office supplies and paper. All this through a framework agreement for an initial period of three (3) years. The Client then has a unilateral optional extension option of one (1) time one (1) year.
