1. The subject of the contract is "Supply and replacement of measuring devices (water meters

and heat meters) in the living quarters of the State Treasury divided into 2 parts'.

4. In this proceeding, the Contracting Authority permits the submission of partial tenders for the following parts of the contract:

1) Part No 1:

Description of part of the order: Delivery and replacement of 478 pieces of hot residential water meters

and cold water on water meters with radio reading together with a service reading water meters once a year at the end of the calendar year for a period of 4 years.

Delivery and replacement of 478 pieces of residential hot and cold water meters for water meters with radio reading in the following towns: Białystok, Wiadukt 1 – 38 pcs. Including the service of all these devices, i.e. reading once a year made at the end of the calendar year for 4 years from the date of signing the contract.

The devices should have the same date of manufacture as the year of assembly and metrological class R – 100/50 (Class B), should be resistant to neodymium magnets and have the verification of the Central Office of Measures, devices should have reverse flow signaling and manipulation signaling, durability of the radio module min.5 years, the system should not contain intermediate devices in staircases, during the replacement The Contractor should make a list of the number and condition dismantled and of the new device on the day of replacement the new water meters should be sealed with a numerical seal (mounting screws), and provide the equipment status report to the Ordering Party within 14 days from the date of service at the latest.

During the replacement, the Contractor should make a list of the number and condition of the dismantled and the new device as at the date of replacement and provide the equipment status report to the Ordering Party within 14 days from the date of service at the latest
