The subject of this award procedure is the system delivery and commissioning of the required network and telecommunications components, including the migration of the licenses from the H4K PBXs to the OSV system and the provision of additional licenses for the applications.

Furthermore, project services in the roll-out, as well as consulting services for the adaptation of the already existing concepts (safety concept, operating concept, roll-out concept, emergency concept) and for the integration of new UCC functions are required. The subject of the tender also includes the separation of the old H4K systems in compliance with the secure deletion of the data carriers according to the IT-Grundschutz catalogue (M2.167, selection of suitable procedures for the deletion and destruction of data) at the locations where PBXs must be disposed of.
