The contract is related to the planned, preventive, corrective and extraordinary maintenance of the special plants present at the airport, also extended to the satisfaction of the requests for intervention received by GES.A.P. Infrastructure Monitoring Center (CMI) that arise from business needs, unexpected plant failures/anomalies.

By way of example but not exhaustive, the following is a list of the special systems for which the maintenance subject of the contract is required:

- Fire detection, signaling and alarm system;

- Sound system and EVAC;

- Access Control System;

- Video surveillance system;

- Airport Information System (FIDS);

- Data and voice network infrastructure;

- Baggage trolley management system.

The systems indicated are located in the airport, both inside the Passenger Terminal and in the outdoor areas along the land side and air side roads and will automatically extend to any new special plants that will be built after the signing of the contract and for its entire remaining duration.
