5.1. The subject of this contract is the supply of tools for performing anastomoses of blood vessels and disposable rings for automatic microastomoses constituting the equipment of the microsurgery laboratory, for didactic purposes for doctors during specialization in orthopedics and traumatology of the musculoskeletal system.
5.2. The order includes the delivery of modern microsurgical anastomoses, i.e. automatic anastomoses. For automatic joins there are special rings of different diameters and tools for attaching rings.

5.1. The subject of this contract is the supply of tools for performing anastomoses of blood vessels and disposable rings for automatic microastomoses constituting the equipment of microsurgery laboratories, for didactic purposes for doctors during specialization in orthopedics and traumatology of the musculoskeletal system, as part of the project entitled: "Development of specialization training of doctors in areas important from the point of view of the epidemiological and demographic needs of the country" co-financed by the European Union, from the Resources of the European Social Fund under the Operational Programme Knowledge Education Development.
5.2. The order includes the delivery of modern microsurgical anastomoses, i.e. automatic anastomoses. For automatic joins there are special rings of different diameters and tools for attaching rings.
Automatic glazing units are characterized by a lower risk of error, they are less time-consuming, but it is not always possible to put on a ring. Therefore, the planned training in microsurgical techniques must include both classical (microsurgical suture) and automatic anastomoses in the program.

5.4. The Contractor is obliged to deliver the subject of the contract to the rooms indicated by the Ordering Party located in the Clinic of Orthopaedics, Orthopaedics and Traumatology of Children CMKP located in Otwock, at 13 Konarskiego Street, in the Independent Public Clinical Hospital named after Prof. Adam Gruca CMKP
5.5. The Ordering Party requires a guarantee to be given for the offered subject of the contract on terms consistent with those specified in the description of the subject of the contract and in the draft contract.
5.6. The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the draft contract.
