A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 1 to the SWZ. The contracting authority provides for the award of contracts consisting in the repetition of similar services (specified in point 5 of this SWZ and in detail in the Description of the subject of the contract

The Contracting Authority provides that the value of these services may amount to a maximum of 100% of the value of the basic contract for the contract. The total value was taken into account in the calculation of the value of the basic contract.

The procedure for awarding a contract consisting in the recurrence of similar services may be initiated on the basis of the justification approved by the Contracting Authority for the need to implement them and after securing the appropriate funds.

The Ordering Party provides for the obligation to lodge a deposit in the amount of: PLN 80,000
