The subject of the contract is a banking service in the scope of granting and servicing a long-term loan to finance the budget deficit planned for 2023 in the total amount of PLN 4,435,058.00. Expected schedule of loan use: • June – December 2023 The loan will be used according to the needs of the Contracting Authority with prior notification to the Contractor. The Ordering Party reserves the right not to use the credit granted in full. The ordering party may change the loan repayment schedule during the loan period without commissions and bank fees. 2. Loan characteristics: a) loan amount PLN 4,435,058.00 (in words: four million four hundred thirty-five thousand fifty-eight PLN 00/100), b) loan repayment period: from 20.01.2027. to 20.12.2038r. c) grace period for loan repayment until 20 January 2027.
