The purpose of this consultation is: The preparation and delivery of meals and picnics in cold connection for the municipal early childhood structures of Villeneuve Loubet.

In accordance with Articles L. 2125-1, R. 2162-1 et seq., as well as R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code, the contract will be concluded according to the purchasing technique of the framework agreement.

It will be executed as and when purchase orders are issued, without minimum, maximum, without negotiation or prior competition when placing said purchase orders

The estimated quantities to be provided, for the 2023/2024 school year, are of the order of about 19,000 meals and 450 picnics for municipal nurseries.

In this context, it will be the responsibility of the Contract Holder to ensure the performance of the following services:

- elaboration of menus in accordance with the requirements of the specifications.

- Preparation of meals and picnics Early Childhood in accordance with the quantitative, qualitative and nutritional requirements requested and the safety and hygiene standards in force relating to the principle of cold bonding.

-conditioning.

-transport and delivery of meals and picnics in accordance with the hygiene provisions of the regulatory texts in force and to come, relating to the principle of cold linkage.

- Provision of balanced meals respecting the GEMRCN recommendations in force in their latest version and the Rural and Maritime Fisheries Code (Articles L. 230-5 et seq. + d. 230-24-1 et seq.)
