Acting pursuant to Article 37(2) of the Act of 11 September 2019. Public Procurement Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1710, as amended) [hereinafter: "PPL Act"] and in accordance with the Power of Attorney of the Municipal Municipal Service Plant of 19 October 2022, the proceedings are conducted by: The Municipality of Sosnowiec.
1.The subject of the contract is the purchase together with the delivery and placement of elements of the arrangement of animal exhibition tanks for the investment: Construction of the Ecological Education Center – Egzotarium as part of the project entitled: "Zagłębie Linear Park – revitalization of the functional area of the valley of the Przemsza and Brynica rivers through the development of green areas: 1. Construction of the Ecological Education Center – Egzotarium, 2. Land development at Baczyńskiego Street.
2.LOCATION OF THE INVESTMENT.
The Ecological Education Centre – Egzotarium in Sosnowiec will be located at 116 Marszałka Józefa Piłsudskiego Street. The area is limited from the north-east by Marszałka Józefa Piłsudskiego Street and Kresowa Street from the north-west.
3. The required warranty period for the Subject of the order 3 months from the date of final acceptance.
The contracting authority will select the most advantageous offer based on the criterion of evaluation of offers: gross price (weight – 100%).
DEADLINE FOR THE EXECUTION OF THE ORDER: within 18 weeks (i.e. 126 days) from the date of signing the contract.
The Contractor undertakes to perform the subject of the Agreement within: 18 weeks from the date of signing the contract, in two stages:
- Stage I - within 4 weeks from the date of signing the contract - performed all arrangement works without the use of plant material, then the Ordering Party for 10 weeks carries out the process of leaching tanks. The Ordering Party shall inform the Contractor in writing about the completion of the leaching process, followed by stage II of the Contractor's work.
- Stage II – within 4 weeks from the date of written notification to the Contractor about the end of the leaching period of tanks – performed works related to the arrangement of living plant material.
