Package 1 - Forestry: Cisowa and OgrobleThe subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management, including works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, wood harvesting and harvesting, to be performed in the Wieluń Forest District in 2024. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law within 3 years from the date of awarding the basic contract. The material scope of the services being the subject of the contracts referred to in the previous sentence shall not exceed 50% of the value of this contract.
Package 10 - Nursery Farm in MierzyceThe subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management, including works in the field of nursery, breeding and forest protection, to be performed in the area of the Wieluń Forest District in 2024. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law within 3 years from the date of awarding the basic contract. The material scope of the services being the subject of the contracts referred to in the previous sentence shall not exceed 50% of the value of this contract.
