The province of Utrecht aims to have the building maintenance of its properties carried out timely and professionally, ensuring the continuity of operations and minimizing potential disruptions to the primary processes of users. The assignment will lead to one award per lot, resulting in two awards for a total of two lots: Lot 1 Real Estate and Lot 2: Monumental Real Estate.
Scope The scope of the assignment includes the following components: - Preventive and planned maintenance: The province refers to predetermined and scheduled maintenance activities as preventive and planned maintenance. The province's long-term maintenance plan periodically indicates which components are due for maintenance. The activities planned for the next four years are included in Appendix 13 Scheduled Activities Long-term Maintenance Plan. See further par. 2.5 of the Procurement Guidelines.
