Tenders will be issued for the supply of diesel fuel (according to DIN EN 590) & AdBlue (according to DIN 70070) to the tank containers at the Halberstadt site in Saxony-Anhalt as part of a supplier-controlled inventory ("Vendor Managed Inventory").

The tank containers are the property of a service provider of the client. In addition to the framework agreement with the client, the contractor must therefore also conclude a licensing agreement with the owner of the tank containers.

The framework agreement starts on 1 January 2023 and ends on 30 June 2024. The framework agreement can be extended once with a lead time of 3 months until 31 December 2024.

The contractor must equip the tank containers with electronic and remotely readable devices for level measurement, independently track the filling level and ensure that the level limits specified by the customer are not undercut.

The tank tanks have a volume of 100 m3 (diesel) or 10 m3 (AbBlue). The tank containers can be approached by tanker trucks.

Pricing is based on the daily O.M.R quotation in the Eastern Region (Diesel) and the North Region (AdBlue) and a fixed location surcharge.

The purchase volume (estimated quantity) is subject to fluctuations and amounts to approx. 45,000 hl diesel and approx. 1,400 hl AdBlue per year. A minimum purchase volume is not promised. The maximum quantity is 110,000 hl diesel and 3,500 hl AdBlue.
