Description:

The PrePlanned, Preventative and Reactive Maintenance framework required will cover a range of related activities to varying levels. The principle headings being.

Planned Preventative Maintenance.

Asset Replacement or Installation of new Equipment or Infrastructure (Works).

Reactive Maintenance.

The three organisations included in the contract framework have a mixed portfolio of property owned, leased and shared. Equally the portfolio is mixed in terms of building age, type use and condition.

The approximate number of sites are 24 Environment Agency Wales, 28 Countryside Council for Wales, 35 Forestry Commission Wales. This may be subject to change during the life of the framework as offices may be opened, closed or relocated.

Government Buying Standards for the releveant services will apply to this framework, further detail will be provided at tender stage.
