MIRA will award 1 or several framework agreements depending on what is offered in the competition, and MIRA will assess tenders within each sub contract separately. The contract is subject to MIRA being free to choose tenderers and which sub contracts a framework agreement will be awarded for. For example, one framework agreement can be signed for each sub contract, i.e. a maximum of eleven framework agreements.

The contract is also subject to MIRA choosing not to award a framework agreement within one or several sub contracts if there are no tenders that MIRA can accept.
