The housing association AL2bolig wants to build 75 social housing units with an eligible area: 6,130 m2, which

family homes built as multi-storey buildings on Ådalsvej/Fredensgade and Østergade in Hinnerup, Favrskov

Municipality.

The client has a great desire for the building to be certified silver according to the DGNB criteria according to

Green Building Council Denmark's certification scheme for apartment buildings and townhouses, however, this is offered

as a competitive pact.

Please note that the task can only be solved by establishing a parterre floor for parking etc. and

that this must be included in the turnkey contract. Please refer to project proposals (Annexes 03-01 and 03-02).

This Tender Ordinance invites interested people to request participation in the tender.

There is no competition on price. The construction cost is stated at DKK 102 million incl. VAT, therefore there is competition

not on the price but on the best fulfillment of the wishes and requirements of the developer on the basis of the specified subcriteria.

It is desired to purchase turnkey consultancy services, including mainly architectural services and engineering services in accordance with the

Specifications.
