The purpose of this procurement is to acquire telecommunications services, in Portugal and abroad in roaming, and equipment (devices) for fixed and mobile communications.

The objective is to conclude a framework contract covering the needs of voice and data communications and associated consultancy, management and operations services EMSA, and for any other Agency or Institutions hosted in EMSA premises or with whom EMSA has an agreement for service sharing.
