The procedure is aimed at the stipulation of a Public-Private Partnership contract through financial lease, pursuant to Articles. 180, 183, co. 15, 16 and 17 and 187 of the Code, for the executive design - including safety coordination during the design phase - the demolition of the existing building, the construction and ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of the new building called "New Biomedical Institutes" of the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia - CIG 9759166E8A

In particular, the object of the award is:

a) The executive design – to be presented within 60 natural and consecutive days starting from the date of issue of the building permit – including the coordination of safety during the design phase.

b) The execution of the works in body, including any charge, for the realization of the work, as per the documentation based on the tender and the offer that will be awarded, in accordance with the project drawings possibly integrated with the ritual approvals.

c) Ordinary and extraordinary maintenance, for the period of 20 years, as required by the documentation submitted by the contractor in the tender, including the Maintenance Plan

d) The financial lease relating to the executive design and construction works referred to respectively in letters a) and b), meaning "financial lease", pursuant to paragraph 1, letter ggg) of art. 3 of Legislative Decree. n. 50/2016, the provision of financial services and the execution of works.
