Supply of the sludge dewatering fugate defoamer (hereinafter - the Product) to the Contracting Authority in accordance with the Technical Specification and conditions of the draft procurement contract.

Supply amount – up to 11 000 kg (eleven thousand kilograms) of the Product within approximately 1 (one) year from the date of entry into force of the Contract (The Contracting Authority orders the Product in separate batches).

Delivery term of Product batches: no longer than 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of sending the individual order.

The Tenderer may submit 1 (one) or 2 (two) versions of the offer (i.e., offer no more than 2 (two) Products conforming to the technical specification laid down in Annex No. 2 to the Regulations).
