Technical, legal and financial project management assistance mission for the monitoring of the Splang missions.

The services ordered from the holder may include:

— the scheduling of Splang projects and the conduct of these projects;

— the award of contracts, construction concessions, service concessions, contracts, partnerships and any form of public or private contracting;

— support for the monitoring of public service delegations and sub-delegations of the Splang;

— the development of FSN files;

— the definition of financing strategies;

— support for shareholders' orders to Splang;

— relations with the State and the competent authorities;

— relations with shareholders and potential shareholders.
