The subject of the tender is the general planning services for the replacement bridge Lindenstrasse. As part of the creation of the water development concept for the Rossel in 2011, the creation of ecological continuity within the framework of the WFD was specified for the Wehr Meinsdorf site. The result of the GEK showed the construction of a flood around the existing weir system. In the course of the preliminary planning, it was determined that the lowering of the river bed would be necessary when the river bed was overcome at the weir site. This has an impact on the Lindenstrasse road bridge immediately adjacent to the weir. A new replacement bridge will be necessary.

The estimated construction costs for the KG 200-500 for the entire project are EUR 2,341,304 (net) and EUR 365,625 (net) for the replacement building.

The general planning services for the planning of the new building include the following services (see tender documents part B - service description):

1. Area planning landscape maintenance plan according to HOAI § 26 in conjunction with Appendix 7, LPH 1-4, all basic services as well as selected special services according to HOAI,

2. Project planning engineering structures according to HOAI § 43 i. Vm Annex 12, LPH 1-8, all basic services as well as selected special services according to HOAI,

3. Specialist planning structural planning according to HOAI § 51 i. V. m. Annex 14, LPH 1-6 all basic services as well as selected special services according to HOAI,

4. Consulting services in accordance with Annex 1 HOAI - designation and description of services in accordance with Part B Description of Services, Item B 2.4,

5. Other freelance services - designation and description of services in accordance with Part B Description of Services, Item B 2.5.
