The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 – "Act on forests") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood and nursery, forest seeding, maintenance of forest facilities, as well as hunting and meadow and agricultural management, to be carried out in the Rzepin Forest District and the Rzepin Forest District Animal Breeding Center in 2023. The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the total amount of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood and nursery, forest seeding, maintenance of forest facilities, as well as hunting and meadow and agricultural management resulting from Annex 2 to the SWZ.
