The subject of the contract is the collection and management (recovery or disposal) of municipal waste (mixed and selective) indicated in the description of the contract from real estate located in the Rzezawa Municipality where residents live, in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and reduction of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill, in accordance with the applicable legislation.
An entity collecting separately collected municipal waste from property owners will be obliged to hand over the collected municipal waste to a waste recovery and disposal facility, in accordance with the hierarchy

The subject of the contract is the collection and management (recovery or disposal) of municipal waste (mixed and selective) indicated in the description of the contract from real estate located in the Rzezawa Municipality where residents live, in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and reduction of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill, in accordance with the applicable legislation.
The recipient of selectively collected municipal waste from property owners will be required to transfer the received municipal waste to the waste recovery and disposal plant, according to the waste management hierarchy.

The area of the Municipality of Rzezawa is 85.48 km2
The gmina contains the villages of Rzezawa, Krzeczów, Jodłówka, Łazy, Ostrów Królewski, Borek, Dąbrówka, Buczków, Dębina, Okulice and Bratucice.

The system for receiving municipal waste does not include waste resulting from business activities and properties not inhabited by residents.
2. The scope of the subject matter of the contract includes the acceptance and development of the following during the period covered by the contract:
(a) Mixed municipal waste and residues from the sorting of municipal waste collected in containers from residential buildings issued on the collection route (waste code 20 03 01);
(b) Selectively collected municipal waste, accumulated in properly marked bags from residential buildings, displayed on the pick-up route, i.e.:
• plastics, plastic packaging waste, multi-material packaging waste, metals, metal packaging waste (waste code 15 01 06)
• white and coloured glass, glass packaging waste (waste code 15 01 07)
• paper, cardboard (waste code 15 01 01 or 20 01 01)
• biodegradable waste, including green waste (code 20 02 01 or 20 01 08)
c) bulky waste waste code 20 03 07 (i.e. furniture, sofas, armchairs, tables, beds, mattresses, duvets, carpets, prams, etc., clothes dryers, ironing boards, large toys, washbasins, toilet bowls, radiators, refrigerators, televisions, washing machines and tyres from passenger cars up to 8 pieces without real estate rims and waste electrical and electronic equipment;
d) waste collected selectively, delivered by residents to the designated Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point at the closed municipal waste landfill in Borek;
e) mixed waste similar to municipal waste from publicly accessible areas as part of the "Clean Up the World" campaigns carried out in the municipality and the liquidation of the so-called "wild landfills". The planned amount of waste collected in this type of action is estimated at about 1 Mg/year.
f) dead animals from the area of the Rzezawa Municipality - within 24 hours of the telephone notification;
g) collection of waste from street bins, playgrounds, green gyms and bus stops on waste collection days in the locality in accordance with the collection schedule;
