Description:
Collection, transport and further management of waste code 19 12 12 in 2024

1. The subject of the contract includes the collection, transport and management of waste code 19 12 12 - the transferred waste 191212 is an over-sieve fraction of > 80 mm from the processing of mixed municipal waste (20 03 01) and from the processing of waste from selective collection and from the processing of bulky waste (20 03 07). The order is divided into two (2) lots.

2. The estimated amount of waste to be managed will be 11,000 Mg for Part I and 12,000 Mg for Part II. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to generate waste in a 20% smaller amount than the above-mentioned estimated amount during the term of the Agreement, which will not affect the rights and obligations of the parties to this Agreement. The actual amount of waste will result from the current needs of the Ordering Party. The waste will be prepared in bulk.

3. Waste can be collected by moving floor trailers. The average loading weight for a moving floor is approx. 13 - 14Mg (data from previous years).

1. 2. The estimated amount of waste to be managed for Part I will be 11,000 Mg from the date of conclusion of the agreement until 30 June 2024. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to generate waste in a 20% smaller amount than the above-mentioned estimated amount during the term of the contract, which will not affect the rights and obligations of the parties to this agreement. The actual amount of waste will result from the current needs of the Ordering Party. The waste will be prepared in bulk.

3. Waste can be collected by moving floor trailers. The average loading weight for a moving floor is approx. 13 - 14Mg (data from previous years).

4. The offered method of waste management must comply with the applicable law, in particular the Waste Act of 14 December 2012. (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 779) and implementing regulations.

5. Waste collection will take place from the area of the Karkonosze Waste Management Centre in Ścięgny – Kostrzyca, from Monday to Friday, from 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. There is a possibility of a different date of collection of the raw material, after prior arrangement with the Ordering Party. The Contractor is to guarantee the collection of a certain number of waste transports on the basis of information reported to it by the Contracting Authority via an e-mail sent on the day preceding the collection.

6. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to verify the Installation in which the collected waste will be recycled.

7. The waste loading is on the side of the Ordering Party. Weighing of waste received by the Contractor will take place on the legalized weight of the Ordering Party located in the Contracting Authority and will be confirmed by weight. This document will provide the sole basis for determining the amount of waste received.

The actual amount of waste will result from the current needs of the Ordering Party. The waste will be prepared in bulk.
