As part of the VgV procedure, an architectural firm is to be selected for the construction of a new four-family children's home in Bernhausen.

The estimated gross construction costs (KGR 300 and 400) amount to approx. EUR 3.0 million.

The measure has a program area of approx. 920 m 2 on.

The bidders selected for the 2nd phase will be commissioned with a design review.

The commissioning takes place in dependence of the project approval by the city council of the city Filderstadt in the context of call-off contracts. The contractor is obliged to take over the service up to and including service phase 9 HOAI, if the project is realized.

The client intends to commission the services in stages. There is no legal claim to the transfer of all performance levels.
