The subject of the order is the delivery and implementation of the simulator of a person with special needs along with equipment, the delivery of augmented reality goggles and the delivery of an electric wheelchair for the State Higher Vocational School in Elbląg in terms of:

(a) Part I: delivery and implementation of the simulator of a person with special needs together with equipment for the State Higher Vocational School in Elbląg;

(b) Part II: delivery of augmented reality goggles for the State Higher Vocational School in Elbląg;

(c) Part III: delivery of an electric wheelchair for the State Higher Vocational School in Elbląg.

The Contractor undertakes to supply and implement a simulator of a person with special needs, hereinafter referred to as the Simulator, necessary for the implementation of classes for students of the Ordering Party in the field of universal design, including:

(a) delivery to the place indicated by the Ordering Party (building at Grunwaldzka 137 in Elbląg):

— an indefinite license for the Simulator — 1 license,

— equipment necessary for the launch and operation of the Simulator, including: a suit of senile sensations — 3 pieces, a wheelchair — 2 pieces,

— computer equipment, hereinafter referred to as Equipment, including: desktop computers — 3 pieces, screen monitors — 3 pieces, portable computers — 6 pieces,

Goggles and virtual reality controllers — 8 pieces;

(b) unloading, assembly/installation and configuration, ensuring the mutual compatibility and correct operation of the Equipment and Simulator and the ability to work efficiently with preinstalled system software, simulation application and virtual reality devices at the point indicated by the Ordering Party;

(c) carry out training for the teaching staff of the Ordering Party on the use of the Simulator for 1 group;

(d) the provision of service care for the Simulator during the period of execution of the contract at its own expense and risk and the Contractor's own human and hardware resources.

In detail the scope of the order, including a detailed description of the parts of the procurement - the parameters of the equipment and software and the conditions of the warranty and service, and a description of the criteria for the assessment of equivalence is set out in the OPZ and in the draft agreement (Annex No 4). The devices and software which are the subject of the contract must satisfy at least the parameters specified by the Ordering Party in the OPZ.

The Contractor undertakes to supply the augmented reality goggles AR — 1 pc necessary for the implementation of classes for students of the Ordering Party in the field of universal design to the place indicated by the Ordering Party (building at 137 Grunwaldzka Street in Elbląg) at his own expense and risk and the Contractor's own human and hardware resources.

The Contractor undertakes to supply an electric wheelchair necessary for the implementation of classes for students of the Ordering Party in the field of universal design — 1 pc, including assembly/installation and configuration in the place indicated by the Ordering Party (building on Grunwaldzka Street 137 in Elbląg) at his own expense and risk and the Contractor's own human and hardware resources.
