1.The subject is the preparation of a complete design documentation for the building complementing the street frontage located on the surveying plot numbered 254/45, directly at the side wall of USC. The building should be designed as single-storey and non-cellar. The available space for the auxiliary building is shaped like a trapezoidal from 3.50 m to 5.30 m wide.
2.The site covered by the development is located in Piekarach Śląskie at 84 Bytomska Street within plot no. 254/45, within Piekara Wielkie.
3.All documentation should be developed in Polish. The design documentation should be developed in accordance with the applicable regulations.
4.Technical parameters:
(a) the number of above-ground floors: 1,
b) projection dimension: 7.90 x 3.50... 5,30
c) height: 3,50 m,
d) volume: 105 m3,

The subject is the preparation of a complete design documentation for the building complementing the street frontage located on the surveying plot numbered 254/45, directly at the side wall of USC. The building should be designed as single-storey and non-cellar. The available space for the auxiliary building is shaped like a trapezoidal from 3.50 m to 5.30 m wide.
1.The building should be designed according to the following assumptions:
a) steel building structure, based on reinforced concrete foundation alloys,
b) housing of walls (east and west) of trapezoidal sheet coated with texture imitating clinker cladding on the west and east sides,
c) flat roof, single-pitched, with a slope in the east direction — of sandwich panels with a core of mineral wool,
d) the gate on the east side with the door integrated in the gate,
(e) window openings are not envisaged,
f) supplement the warming of adjacent buildings with mineral wool,
g) concrete floor of paving stones,
(h) take into account in the development of the reconstruction of the colliding elements of the adjacent building,
(i) particular attention should be paid to the requirements of fire protection — the building will complement the space between existing buildings,
(j) the project requires an arrangement with the District Conservator of Monuments.
2.Equipment for installations:
a) electrical installation of lighting, electrical installation of 220V plug outlets,
b) drainage of rainwater from the roof to the existing rainwater drainage in the area of the plot.

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS TO THE CONTRACTOR FOR THE EXECUTION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
1. The materials and equipment included in the design documentation should be made of safe and durable components, shall comply with the standards and safety conditions set out in the general product safety regulations.
2.Materials and devices should have certificates for use, certificates and certificates resulting from applicable law.
3.The Contractor should keep the Ordering Party informed of the course of the project work carried out.
4.The Contractor shall act as a proxy for the Contracting Authority in the scope of obtaining all necessary arrangements, opinions, conditions, decisions, consent to entry into the area, etc. solely in the subject of the implementation of this contract. The Contractor will not be able to incur any financial obligations on behalf of the Contracting Authority and make statements about the right to dispose of the property for construction purposes. The power of attorney granted to the Contractor does not exempt him from the obligation to inform the Contracting Authority of the planned activities under the project documentation being developed and the power of attorney granted.
LIST AND FORM OF REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
1.Complete design and cost estimate documentation shall be made in paper and electronic form in the following number of copies:
(a) paper version for the Ordering Party:
- construction project — 4 egz.
- executive project — 4 egz.
- object of works — 4 egz.
- detailed investor cost estimate — 4 egz.
- detailed cost estimate blind — 4 egz.
- technical specification of the performance of construction works — 4 egz.
(b) electronic version for the Ordering Party:
- a set of all documents on CD/DVD or flash drive in editable and non-editable versions (exception: terms, consent, decisions, etc. in non-editable version) - 3 copies.
2. At the preparatory stage, the Ordering Party requires the contractor to submit the concept in paper and electronic versions.
3. The Contractor shall be responsible for the compatibility of the electronic version with the submitted paper version. Full description in SWZ.
