Work to repair the waterproofing and secure the flat roofs of the ugap_dlog

The work to repair the waterproofing and secure the flat roofs consists of:- the removal and evacuation of the existing self-supporting railings and the installation of new inclined aluminium railings on all the roofs;- the removal of the existing waterproofing complexes up to the load-bearing element with their disposal in an appropriate waste disposal centre (in accordance with the regulations);- the exposure of all the waterproofing surveys, the expansion joint and accessories (except the skylights) in order to be replaced by new structures that meet the standards and technical opinions in force;- the installation for the basic works of a waterproofing complex composed for T1 to T4 roofs of 50 mm thick and weldable mineral wool thermal insulation, to be mechanically fixed through the waterproofing support and a reinforced self-protecting two-layer elastomeric waterproofing to be applied to the insulation. The T5 roof is treated with the installation of a reinforced vapour barrier to be applied to the concrete substrate previously impregnated with an EIF (Cold Application Coating) with a 100 mm thick polyurethane thermal insulation, to be cold glued to the previously installed vapour barrier and a reinforced self-protecting two-layer elastomeric waterproofing to be installed semi-independently on the insulation.The work of the authorised technical variant 1 consists of an optimization of the thermal insulation by the installation of 2 beds of mixed insulation with the replacement of the PVC membrane waterproofing complex and the treatment only of the domes of the existing point and continuous skylights (to be removed and reinstalled on new metal curbs to be placed on the existing ones to be preserved) (see article 8 of the CCTP). The work of the authorised technical variant 2 consists of optimising the thermal insulation by laying 2 beds of mixed insulation with the replacement of the PVC membrane waterproofing complex and the replacement of the existing point and continuous skylights by new "capping costières" type skylights (see section 9 of the CCTP). The estimated overall duration of the contract is:- 6 months (1 month of preparation of the works and 5 months of execution of the works) for the basic works;- 10 months (1 month of preparation of the works and 9 months of execution of the works) for the works of variant 1 if they are selected;- 11 months (1 month of preparation of the works and 10 months of execution of the works) for the works of variant 2 if they are selected.the estimated cost of the basic works: €800,000 excluding VAT The total amount of any similar contracts: €400,000 (excluding VAT).
