this consultation concerns the asbestos removal work on the upper floors (from R+1 to R+3) of the Building known as "Lyautey" located at 2 rue Ste Catherine and 1 rue Lyautey in Nancy, as part of the extension of the Hôtel de la Reine, and also comprising:-the demolition of the main staircase-the construction of hopper closures-the option of asbestos frame removals on the façade on Ste Street Catherine.Il are ordinary markets at global and fixed prices. Each lot is accompanied by a Global and Fixed Price Breakdown Framework (Cdpgf). The contracting authority does not wish to impose any form of grouping on the successful tenderer of the framework agreement
