For the new building, the high- and low-voltage installation KG 440 and KG 450 is to be erected. The following services are provided in KG 440: medium-voltage switchgear, transformers (3x1250 kVA), low-voltage main distribution, container emergency generator (630 kVA), 2 UPS systems (100 and 30 kVA), low-voltage installation systems with approx. 8500 m cable routes, approx. 55000 m cables and wires, lighting system with approx. 2000 luminaires, emergency lighting with central battery system, sun protection control.

The KG 450 includes video surveillance with approx. 20 cameras; Transmission network with 30 data cabinets, including 14 server cabinets with rack cooling, approx. 3500 m fiber optic cable 48 fiber, data cable Cat 7A approx. 110000 m.

Special note regarding bidder questions due to special external events (e.g. Sars-COV-2 or Ukraine war): When preparing your offer, please take into account any possible or recognizable impairments, e.g. with regard to the availability of materials and products, labor, a possible delay in providing required evidence, effects on any subcontractors, etc. Questions that arise in this context are requested to be submitted in good time before the offer deadline via the e-procurement messaging system.

Execution periods: Execution must begin within 12 working days of receipt of the request by the Client (§5 para. 2 sentence 2 VOB/B). The prompt will be preceded by you. by 15.01.2024. The service must be completed (ready for acceptance) within 351 working days after the above-mentioned period (6 working days/week).
