b) option – performing author's supervision over the implementation of the task entitled: "Extension of the voivodeship road No. 480 on the section Burzenin - Widawa"
The contracting authority provides for awarding, within 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract, to the existing contractor of services or works, a contract consisting in the repetition of similar services or construction works, consistent with the subject of the basic contract, up to the amount of: - PLN 300,000.00 net.

b) option – performing author's supervision over the implementation of the task entitled: "Extension of the voivodeship road No. 480 on the section Burzenin - Widawa"
The scope of the design documentation includes the extension of the provincial road No. 480 on the section Burzenin – Widawa from approx. km 23+150 to approx. km 30+450.
The beginning of the scope of the investment is located before the exit to the embankment of the Warta River. Due to the natural receiver of rainwater and meltwater, which for the initial section of the road covered by the scope of the contract is the Warta River, as part of the design work (if it is rational and necessary) the construction of a drainage system with an outlet to the Warta River should be envisaged. The scope of work related to this regarding the construction of the drainage system, as well as other elements of other industries necessary for the proper implementation of the drainage system should be treated as covered by the scope of the contract.
The end of the investment is located in Widawa, behind the intersection of DW 480 and DW 481.
As part of the contract, multi-branch design documentation should be prepared, allowing for the execution of all construction works necessary for the extension of the provincial road.

Update the map for design purposes (if required)

Architectural and construction design for the road industry,
Technical design of the road industry,
Executive project of the road industry,
Architectural and construction design of the sanitary industry – road drainage,
Technical design of the sanitary industry – road drainage,
Executive design of the sanitary industry – road drainage,
Architectural and construction design of the engineering industry
Technical design of the engineering industry
Detailed design of the engineering industry
Architectural and construction design of road lighting construction
Technical design of road lighting construction
Detailed design of road lighting construction
Architectural and construction design of the construction of the technological channel
Technical design of the construction of the technological channel
Detailed design of the construction of the technological channel
Architectural and construction project of reconstruction of conflicting networks,
Technical design for the reconstruction of the conflicting networks
Detailed design of the reconstruction of conflicting networks,
Demolition project of cubature objects (if required)
Decision on environmental conditions together with the project information sheet and environmental impact report (if required)
Establishing geotechnical foundation conditions,
Inventory of trees and shrubs with felling plan and planting plan,
STWiORB - for each of the industries based on STWiORB ZDW.
A detailed bill of quantities for each industry,
Bidding form in accordance with STWiORB,
Investment estimate,
Traffic organization design for the duration of the works,
Permanent traffic organization project,
Water law report for water services and construction of water devices along with obtaining a water law permit,
Information on safety and health protection,
Obtaining all other required arrangements and decisions, provisions in accordance with the detailed requirements, including the relevant protocol from the coordination meeting
Preparation of documentation and an application for a permit to derogate from the technical conditions, if the project will contain solutions that do not comply with these provisions.
