The district town of Bad Salzungen intends to expand and expand or make the brine world of Bad Salzungen more attractive.
Construction costs of approximately EUR 23.2 million gross (Kgr. 300+400) and costs for outdoor and outdoor installations of approximately €1.5 million gross (Kgr. 500) are currently assumed.
Completion is planned for autumn 2025.
It is intended to commission the following services (in stages) with this tender:
Property planning outdoor facilities, service phases 1 to 9 according to §§ 38 et seq. HOAI.
The district town of Bad Salzungen intends to expand and make the brine world of Bad Salzungen more attractive.
The project is divided into the following areas for outdoor and outdoor facilities:
1. Outdoor sauna:
- Creation of recreational areas: e.g. design of a natural pond with approx. 145 m²; total area 2,820 m²
- cooling area with approx. 20 m²
- Enhancement and attractiveness of the areas: e.g. creation of retreat areas, planting, path relationships create approx. 1,200 m²
2. Outdoor thermal bath:
- Provision and repair of the thermal spa outdoor facilities after dismantling the construction site
- Panels as edge strips on the building in the outdoor area Therme approx. 140 m²
3. Delivery and parking New:
- Creation of new parking spaces and the delivery zone approx. 920 m²
4. Parking and access stock:
- Repairs and redesign of the parking area approx. 1,470 m²
- Restoring damaged areas of approx. 1,390 m²
5. Eastern connection surface:
- Restoring the connection area e.g. walkways, green areas, etc. approx. 420 m²
Costs for outdoor and outdoor installations of approximately €1.5 million gross (Kgr. 500) are currently assumed
The start of planning is expected to be mid-June 2022.
The overall completion is planned for October 2025.
For the expansion and attractiveness of the Brine World in Bad Salzungen, the services of the property planning of outdoor installations are to be awarded in accordance with §§ 38 ff. HOAI.
The services will be commissioned in stages. In commission stage 1, work phases 1 and 2 (basic assessment and preliminary planning) are commissioned in accordance with Section 39 HOAI. The other service phases are called up in the further assignment stages. There is no legal entitlement to commission further service phases, construction phases or overall commissioning.
