4. Pursuant to Article 257 of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority provides for the cancellation of the procedure if the public funds which the Contracting Authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract are not granted.
5. The term of the agreement is from the date of its signing until 31 December 2024, with the proviso that the insurance cover period will last from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2024.
6. In addition, in connection with the entry into force of the provisions of Council Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 of 31.07.2014 concerning restrictive measures in view of Russia's actions destabilising the situation in Ukraine, as amended/defined by Council Regulation (EU) No 2022/576 of 08.04.2022 amending Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 concerning restrictive measures in view of Russia's actions destabilising the situation in Ukraine (hereinafter referred to as the Regulation) and Act of 13.04.2022 on special solutions for counteracting support for aggression against Ukraine and for the protection of national security (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1497, as amended) (hereinafter referred to as the Act), the contracting authority requires the submission of a statement within the scope specified in section 6.7 of the Terms of Reference, in accordance with the template constituting Appendix No. 7 of the Terms of Reference.
7. Pursuant to Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter referred to as "GDPR"), the Contracting Authority informs that:
