Established in 2004, Procurement for Housing (PfH) is a national procurement consortium dedicated to the social housing sector and supported by the National Housing Federation (NHF), Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) and HouseMark. Collectively our Members manage more than 75% of UK’ social housing stock, with PfH helping them to achieve efficiency savings using a wide range of services including framework agreements, spend analyses, strategy reviews, consolidated billing and comprehensive reporting.
PfH is a contracting authority under Regulation 2 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (“PCR 2015”) and a central purchasing body under regulation 37 PCR 2015
PfH is seeking to establish a national Framework Agreement for the Supply and Installation of Residential Furniture, the Supply and Installation of Flooring and all associated design and decoration services.
The Framework will be awarded for an initial period of three years and may be extended for a further year (4 years in total)
National geographical coverage to supply to a potential 900 plus PfH Members (including those with multiple sites) in England, Wales,
Scotland, and Northern Ireland, with the option for delivery of products if elected for by PfH member;
The framework will include but is not limited to the supply, delivery and installation of soft surface and hard surface flooring - Underlay,
carpet, hardwood, wood, wood effect, non-slip flooring, grip matting, wet rooms, gripper rods, area rugs, tile, laminate, covering natural
stone, marble, ceramic, and porcelain, vinyl, and miscellaneous such as cork and rubber
PfH anticipates awarding places on the Framework under this Lot to 5 suppliers, but reserves the right to award a greater or fewer number of places depending on the bids received

The supply, delivery and installation of residential furniture and furnishings, including lounge furniture, dining room furniture, bedroom
furniture, beds, mattresses and textile articles i.e. curtains, blinds, bed linen, lining and towels. Products must be available in various sizes,
materials and colours.
When there is a requirement the successful supplier will be required to conduct customer consultation sessions and tenant consultation
sessions, and therefore a proven track record in this area is required.
The supplier must have excellent customer service and support teams and be able to provide a dedicated account manager to the
framework
