The Contracting Authority shall require employment by the contractor or subcontractor on the basis of the contract of employment of persons performing the activities included in the subject of the contract involving the acquisition and retraction of the wood material, if the performance of these activities consists in the performance of the work in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code.

5. The Contracting Authority shall not reserve the obligation of the Contractor to personally perform key tasks concerning the subject of the contract. The Contractor may entrust the execution of elements (parts) of the object of the contract to subcontractors In the event of an intention to perform the subject of a contract involving subcontractors, the contractor shall indicate in his tender the parts of the contract (tangible ranges) the execution of which he intends to entrust to subcontractors and the names of possible subcontractors if they are already known. Due to the actual natural weather situation that may occur during the execution of the object of the contract, as well as the economic and economic situation unforeseen at the moment, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to make reductive adjustments, enhancement adjustments, new arrangements location, as well as pausing the steps indicated in each line of tables describing the subject of the order. The locations (forest addresses) on which the individual works (activities) are planned to be carried out in the subject of the contract are preliminary and may change during the execution of the order, provided that it will always take place in the area of the part (Package).

3. The value of the basic contract (excluding similar services (50%) and the right of option (20% of the value of the subject of the contract) as well as without the ordering party's own materials) was estimated at the amount of: PLN 624,619.20 excluding VAT. Estimated maximum value from points. II.2.6 includes the order of similar services as well as the right of option, i.e. an additional material scope including activities analogous to those described in the description of the subject of the contract.

4. The Contracting Authority shall require employment by the contractor or subcontractor on the basis of the contract of employment of persons performing the activities included in the subject of the contract involving the acquisition and retraction of the wood material, if the performance of these activities consists in the performance of the work in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code.

5. The Contracting Authority shall not reserve the obligation of the Contractor to personally perform key tasks concerning the subject of the contract. The Contractor may entrust the execution of elements (parts) of the object of the contract to subcontractors In the event of an intention to perform the subject of a contract involving subcontractors, the contractor shall indicate in his tender the parts of the contract (tangible ranges) the execution of which he intends to entrust to subcontractors and the names of possible subcontractors if they are already known. This indication should be placed on the Offer. In the absence of an indication in the Subcontract Offer, the Contractor will be able to introduce the subcontractor only under the terms set out in the contract.

The subject of this part of the contract is the performance of services in the field of forest management, including works on forest breeding and protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood, fire protection and other works in the field of forest management, to be performed in the Borowe Młyny forestry in 2023.

The estimated size of the main services subject to this part of the order is as follows:
