The Directorate for Public and Financial Management (DFØ) would like to enter into a framework agreement with one or more tenderers for assistance in 4 sub-areas. Tenders can be submitted for one or more of the sub-areas where we request assistance. Cooperation with the chosen tenderer(s) will ensure that in our internal work in the entity, we have access to professional advice and assistance in the implementation of measures and processes within organisation development and manager development.

The contracting authority is the Norwegian Agency for Public and Financial Management (DFØ).

DFØ is the government's professional body for financial management, good decision bases, organisation and management in the government, and procurements in the public sector. DFØ is also a provider of joint services for administration within wages and accounts.

The entity has grown considerably in recent years, both as regards areas of responsibility, assignments, and the number of employees. We currently have approx. 785 employees, split between six divisions and one communication unit. We currently have approx. 77 managers, split between four manager levels (director, division director, department director, and section managers).

DFØ would like to enter into a framework agreement with one or more tenderers for assistance in 4 sub-areas.

Sub-area A covers organisation development.

Sub-area B covers cooperation, working environment, and conflict management.

Sub-area C covers manager evaluation.

Sub-area D covers advice, coaching, and training managers and management groups.

Tenders can be submitted for one or more of the sub-areas (A-D).

Cooperation with the chosen tenderer(s) will ensure that in our internal work in the entity, we have access to professional advice and assistance in the implementation of measures and processes within organisation development and manager development. Consultancy services can be required at all our office locations, and assistance can also be provided digitally. Assignments can have a short or long duration and will vary in complexity.
