The subject of the contract is the collection and development of waste recovery process code 19 12 12 12 (other waste, including mixed substances and objects from mechanical waste treatment other than those listed in 19 12 11), the sorting fraction produced in the framework of mechanical waste processing, in a maximum amount of 25,000 Mg.

1. The subject of the contract is the collection and management through a recovery operation of waste with code 19 12 12 (other waste, including mixed substances and objects from mechanical treatment of waste other than those mentioned in 19 12 11), the sorting fraction generated as part of mechanical waste treatment, in a maximum amount of 25 000 Mg.

2. The average amount of waste sent for recovery during the year 2022 shall be approximately 2000 Mg/month.

3. Waste will be transferred in an unpressed form (in bulk).

4. The collection of waste shall be confirmed by waste transfer cards.

5. Waste transferred for management will be transported by the Contractor at his expense. The amount of waste will be settled on the basis of a legalized commodity scale located at the Ordering Party on the premises of the Waste Management Plant in Wardyń Górny.

6. At the time of transfer of waste by the Ordering Party to the Contractor, the Contractor assumes responsibility for the seized waste, for proper handling of it and for the consequences resulting from it.

7. Loading of waste will take place with the Equipment of the Ordering Party, and the Contractor will be obliged to provide a container or other equipment adapted to receive this type of waste.

8. At the time of announcing the procedure, the Ordering Party does not have a permit for transboundary movement of waste.

9. The Contractor shall be obliged to:

familiarize yourself, before proceeding with the subject of the order, with the health and safety regulations applicable to the facility,

collection of waste on an ongoing basis, continuously, every day from Monday to Friday from 7.00 to 15.00, in exceptional situations justified by circumstances, it is allowed to collect waste outside the above time interval, after prior arrangement of the time of collection with the representative of the Ordering Party,

receipt from the Contracting Authority at least 80 Mg of waste per day

in the event of the Contracting Authority preparing more waste, the Contracting Authority shall inform the Contractor of this fact in advance of a day (calendar day), indicating the amount of waste. In such a situation, the Contractor shall make receipt no later than 3 calendar days from the date of the notice.
