The assignment concerns replacing, modifying and possibly expanding the security installations at the various locations and delivering, installing and delivering a new location crossing Security Management System. In addition to the replacement of the security systems, the scope of this agreement includes:
- Project management;
- Project engineering;
- Deliveries and commissioning, including entering users/authorizations.
- Instruction/explanation to the administrator (s);
- Preventive and corrective maintenance.
The assignment concerns replacing, adapting and possibly expanding the security installations at the various locations of the Client and the delivery, installation and delivery of a new location beyond the Security Management System.
***Locations***
For the purposes of this assignment, locations are understood to mean:
- Municipality of Culemborg (Municipal Office, Town Hall, Triosingel)
- Municipality of Tiel (City Hall, Administrative Center, Ambtmanshuis, Coach House)
- Municipality of West Betuwe (City Hall).
Contracting authority may add locations to this overview during the tender phase and will provide further information on this during the tender phase.
***Security Installations***
For the purposes of this assignment, Security installations shall mean:
- the intrusion detection, access control, intercom and camera observation systems.
***Replacement***
Substitution means:
- Disassembling and disposing of existing equipment (such as: modules, unused (flat) pipe fittings, non-reusable cabling, etc. );
- Delivering, assembling, connecting and delivering the new installation ready for operation
- The installation of links between the installations
The starting point for the replacement of the security installations is a 1 on 1 replacement, in principle without any adjustments to the positions and the numbers of the components. This is with the exception of the West Betuwe Town Hall where renovation/remodeling and those locations where the burglary detection system is upgraded to grade III.
***Other***
In addition to the replacement of the security systems, the scope of this agreement includes:
- Project management;
- Project engineering;
- Deliveries and commissioning, including entering users/authorizations.
- Instruction/explanation to the administrator (s);
- Preventive and corrective maintenance.
