The order covers the collection and management of municipal waste indicated in the Specification of the Terms of The Contract from real estate located in the Sokołów Małopolski Commune, where residents live, in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and reducing the weight of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to landfill and the implementation of a service consisting in running a Point Selective Collection of Municipal Waste for residents of the Sokołów Małopolski Commune along with the management of collected municipal waste.

The order includes:

1) collection and management of municipal waste from properties located in the Sokołów Małopolski Commune, where residents live, indicated in the Tender Specifications, in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and reducing the weight of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to landfill,

2) collection of waste: non-segregated (mixed), segregated, large-size, waste electrical and electronic equipment, used tires, construction and demolition waste,

3) equipping all properties before 01.01.2023 in:

a) containers for collecting mixed municipal waste - approx. 4 100 containers,

(b) a set of bags for the separate collection of waste. The estimated number of bags is 400 000 pieces,

Containers and bags for municipal waste should meet the requirements set out in the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Sokołów Małopolski Commune and information from the Ordering Party.

4) preparing, printing and delivering to all property owners before January 1, 2023 a schedule for the disposal of municipal waste. Estimated quantity: 4 100 pieces,

5) implementation of a service consisting in running a Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point, hereinafter referred to in the PSZOK agreement for residents of the Sokołów Małopolski Commune along with the management of collected municipal waste. PSZOK will be open on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 10:00 to 18:00 and on Saturdays from 7:00 to 12:00, except for public holidays. PSZOK is located on Reymonta Street in Sokołów Małopolski and is the property of the Ordering Party,

6) conducting environmental education in all schools in the Sokołów Małopolski Municipality,

7) management of the collected municipal waste in a manner consistent with the applicable law and requirements of the SWZ.
