The subject of the contract is services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6 (1) (1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (text one: Journal of Laws of 2021 item 1275 as late as “The Forests Act”) covering work in the field of nursery management to be carried out on the premises Świerklaniec Forest District from 2022 to 2025, on the forest nursery in Kaletach.

2) The scope of the subject matter of the contract includes the aggregate quantities of work in Annex 3.1 to SWZ relate to the year 2022 and indicate the size of the work by group of activities, activities and locations.
3. The kind ranges compiled in Annex 3.1 are estimated and apply only to 2022. They form the basis for calculations of the quantities of work for the subsequent years of the framework agreement. The detailed scope of the subject matter of the contract covering the total quantities of work will be presented together with the invitation to tender for the signing of a partial (executive) contract.
