The Tenderer provides an integrated total package for an online HR Portal (with self-service modules (ESS, MSS) and workflow functionalities, the salary processing / salary system) for STC Group, STC T&C and STC International. As a whole, we call this the 'e-HRM system'.
Providing an e-HRM system (as a SAAS solution) with self-service facilities for professionals, managers, employees and volunteers for the following processes:
a) digital personnel file, digital signature;
b) recording personal and organizational data;
c) personal data;
d) payroll administration and data exchange with STC's financial package;
e) invoices and overtime;
f) flexible working conditions;
g) regular and special leave;
h) absenteeism & absenteeism counseling (WVP);
i) recruitment and selection;
j) inflow and outflow (incl. registration hiring);
k) throughput: ao: changes in contract, hours, salary and position;
l) management information / reports / dashboards.
In addition, tooling must be provided for strategic personnel planning and HR Analytics.
