In order to increase the efficiency of smoke purification from solid particles of the existing biomass boilers No.5 and No.6, the reliability of the existing smoke condensing economizer and its installations, as well as the overall energy efficiency of these boilers, the contracting entity envisages the implementation of a project in the Silk boiler house, during which an electrostatic filter, an absorption heat pump with other necessary equipment would be installed.

The contracting entity envisages the implementation of a project at the Silk Boiler House, which would include the installation of an electrostatic filter (hereinafter referred to as ef), an absorption heat pump (hereinafter referred to as the "ASH") with other necessary equipment. The preparation of a technical work project (hereinafter referred to as the TDP) and the implementation of the project in accordance with the developed TDP are considered to be the object of procurement.
