The subject of the contract is the granting and servicing of a long-term loan in the amount of PLN 11,271,001.00.

The subject of the contract is the granting and servicing of a long-term loan in the amount of PLN 11,271,001.00 (in words: eleven million two hundred seventy-one thousand one 00/100) intended to finance the deficit and repayment of previously drawn loans, with the possibility of not using the full value of the loan without additional commissions and fees. The loan will be repaid in 2020–2026 from the Poviat's own revenues, with the option of extending the loan repayment years and changing the amount of annual capital installments during the repayment period. The planned quarterly capital installments in individual years will be:

- in 2020 installment 1: PLN 253 817.00,

- in 2020 installments 2, 3 and 4: PLN 253 818.00,

- in 2021 installments 1 and 2: PLN 313 933.00,

- in 2021 installments 3 and 4: PLN 313 932.00,

- 16 installments in the years 2022-2025: PLN 375,000.00,

- in 2026, four installments: PLN 750,000.00.
