The contract covers the following services for the installation, rental and maintenance of water meters and energy meters, equipped with remote reading equipment.

The services are provided for the grouping between: the Société d'Économie Mixte Immobilière de la Saintonge (SEMIS) and the Office Public de l'Habitat de la Communauté d'Agglomération Rochefort Océan,

The coordinator of the grouping is the Public Housing Office of the Rochefort Ocean Agglomeration Community.

The subject of this contract concerns the rental, installation, maintenance and reading of cold water, hot water and thermal energy meters set up on the heritage of SEMIS and Rochefort Habitat Océan.

The service includes:

1. The deposit of the old counting equipment and its return to the former holder.

2. Installation of new metering equipment,

3. Rental and maintenance of metering equipment,

4. Remote reading of all metering equipment,

5. Computer processing of consumption statements,

6. The provision of an internet platform for consulting data for residents and organisations,

7. Consumption monitoring and alert management.
