Successive supply of fuel in the heating season 2022/2023 with the possibility of submitting partial offers. The ordering party divided the order into 2 parts.

Part 1. Successive supply of fuel to school buildings, buildings of the Bieliny Commune Office and buildings of the Centre of Tradition, Tourism and Culture of the Świętokrzyskie Mountains in Bieliny.

Part 2. Successive supply of fuel to the Primary School Building in Bieliny

2. Detailed description of deliveries for Part I:

a) Successive supply of Eco-peas.

As part of the contract, fuel with the following quality parameters must be supplied:

a. coal granulation - peas

b. calorific value – min. 26 MJ/kg

c. ash content – maximum 6 %

d. sulphur content – maximum 0,6 %

e. moisture content – maximum 10%

f. uziarnienien – 5 – 25 mm,

As part of the task, 405 tons of Eco-peas should be delivered. Including:

• Primary School in Belno – 30 tons,

• Primary School in Lechów – 36 tons,

• Primary School in Makoszyn - 30 tons,

• Primary School in Porąbki - 50 tons,

• Primary School in Huta Nowa – 55 tons,

• Primary School in Huta Podłysica - 25 tons,

• Complex of Educational Institutions in Huta Stara – 27 tons,

• Osp Bieliny Fire Station – 20 tons,

• Health Centre in Bieliny – 40 tons,

• Health Centre in Makoszyn – 20 tons,

• Police Station in Bieliny – 25 tons,

• Common room in Napęków – 15 tons,

• Inn in Huta Szklana – 12 tons,

• Agronomówka building – 20 tons

Eco-peas must be packed in bags of 20 kg or 25 kg,

b) Successive supply of pellets.

1. As part of the contract, fuel with the following quality parameters must be supplied:

a. diameter – 6-8 mm,

b. length – up to 35 mm,

c. the maximum amount of fine fraction – 15% of the volume,

d. ash content – 0.7%,

e. sulphur content – 0,02 %,

f. calorific value – min.17.500 KJ/kg,

g. sawdust composition – pine + spruce,

h. norma EN PLUS KAT. A1,

As part of the task, 24 tons of pellets should be delivered to buildings:

- Centre of Tradition, Tourism and Culture of the Świętokrzyskie Mountains in Bieliny – 12 tons,

- Branch of the Centre of Tradition, Tourism and Culture of the Świętokrzyskie Mountains in Huta Nowa – 12 tons.

Pellets must be packed in bags of 20 kg or 25 kg,

As part of the contract, fuel – eco-peas with the following quality parameters should be supplied:

a. coal granulation - peas

b. calorific value – min. 26 MJ/kg

c. ash content – maximum 6 %

d. sulphur content – maximum 0,6 %

e. moisture content – maximum 10%

f. uziarnienien – 5 – 25 mm,

As part of the task, 150 tons of Eco-peas should be delivered. Including:

• Primary School in Bieliny – 150 tons.

The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce the scope of deliveries in each of the parts.

One-off deliveries of fuel to all units except the Primary School in Bieliny are expected in the amount from 1 ton to a maximum of 10 tons. On the other hand, a one-time delivery of fuel to the Primary School in Bieliny is expected to min. from 10 tons to 30 tons. The Ordering Party does not limit the load capacity of the cars.

The Ordering Party requires the Contractor to unload the Eco-peas on their own in the place indicated by the Ordering Party (boiler room of the Primary School in Bieliny)
