The target of the procurement is three nutrient analyzers based on CFA technology installed in the Viikki laboratory of the Finnish Environment Institute's research infrastructure marine research laboratory (1) and R/V Aranda laboratory (2), as well as training in the use of the equipment and a two-year proactive annual maintenance agreement. The equipment will be acquired for analysing nutrient concentrations in brackish and sea waters as well as research samples. The compounds to be analyzed are: phosphate phosphorus, total phosphorus, silicate, nitrite nitrogen, nitrate and nitrite nitrogen, ammonium nitrogen and total nitrogen.
The target of the acquisition is three nutrient analyzers based on CFA technology with automatic sample changers installed in working order, software for operating the analyzers, training in the use of the equipment and a two-year predictive annual maintenance agreement. The tender shall include the most comprehensive technical specifications of the equipment. Computers do not wear out on the objects of procurement, but their technical requirements must be presented in the tender.

Analysaattori I
The analyser shall be placed on R/V Aranda. The analyser shall be suitable for use on board the research vessel for brackish and seawater samples to determine the following parameters: total phosphorus and nitrogen without in-line oxidation.
Analysaattori II
The analyser shall be placed on R/V Aranda. The analyser shall be suitable for use on board the research vessel for brackish and seawater samples for the determination of phosphate phosphorus, nitrite nitrogen, sum of nitrite and nitrite nitrogen, ammonium nitrogen and silicate.
Analysers I and II and their sample feeders should fit on a table top measuring 295 *63 cm.
Analysaattori III
The analyser will be located at the Finnish Environment Institute's marine research laboratory in Viikki, Helsinki, at Agnes Sjöbergin katu 2, FI-00790 Helsinki. b. The analyser shall be suitable for use in brackish, marine and natural fresh waters for the determination of phosphate phosphorus, nitrite nitrogen, sum of nitric and nitrite nitrogen, ammonium nitrogen, silicate and total nitrogen and phosphorus without in-line oxidation.
The offer must also include the warranty period of the equipment (at least 24 months) as well as commissioning training and further training for the client's personnel.
The maintenance agreement includes preventive annual maintenance and software updates. The price of the maintenance contract must include all possible costs, such as the employee's salary, daily allowances and travel and accommodation costs. The timing of maintenance visits included in the service agreement is agreed separately annually.
The invitation to tender is only available in Finnish. The tenderer shall be responsible for any translation and the resulting costs. Tenders must be submitted in Finnish or English. Prices must be indicated in the offer excluding VAT. Part bids and alternative offers are not allowed. The total price must include an annual maintenance contract for two years. Annual maintenance is invoiced annually in connection with maintenance.
